Jason Montague of Wells Fargo presents “Ready, Fire!, Aim: An agile approach to architecture & software development” at the next Milwaukee Agile meeting. Jason, along with a few members of his Wells Fargo team, will talk about staying focused on engineering and XP principles like TDD, unit testing, continuous integration, refactoring, pair programming, and peer reviews as the building blocks to deliver features every iteration.

Jason will provide some history and a blueprint for getting teams up to designing/building systems in an agile way. After making a short presentation, the focus will be on open discussion among the Milwaukee agile community.
