For the inaugural meeting we want to set the stage for this to be a self organizing group. We’d like to hear from each of the attendees on what your background is, your agile experience, and a few ideas for meeting topics and events. From this we’ll build a topic backlog and vote on the top 3 for upcoming meetings. This will be a great way for folks to hear from one another on what their experience and interests are on agile best practices.
