Exploring the State of Agile: Where are we Coming From and where are we Going To
Why are you adopting Agile? What benefits are you experiencing? What barriers to furthering adoption are you encountering? What Agile methodology and practices are you using? What are the leading causes of failed Agile projects?
The annual State of Agile Survey has focused on these questions and others for the past four years. This session facilitated by Si Alhir, principal of Redpoint Technologies, will explore the surveys and provide an opportunity for attendees to learnfrom one another’s experiences.
Copies of the survey will be on hand at the event.
