Join us for a discussion about a critical (and underserved) component of Scrum, impediment removal! Some say this is the most important aspect of a ScrumMaster's role. This MeetUp will consist of a small presentation and facilitated discussion about typical impediments, where they typically come from, how to spot them, and techniques for removal.
