Living with Agility, identifying pitfalls and solutions. After the initial euphoria of a new agile approach subsides and the everyday work routines begin to return what are the common pitfalls and potential solutions? Steve will supply some of his own observations and lead an open discussion around the common pitfalls and ways to correct or even avoid them.
About Our Speaker
Steve Fastabend's first career included twenty years with a fortune 100 company that included both engineering and software engineering positions along with several years on the national operations staff of a 1 billion line of business. Before switching to a smaller company he spent 2 years in their Global Resource Center selecting and implementing business applications worldwide. After that he switch to smaller companies and has spent the last 12 years in development and product management.
