Si is an engaging and knowledgeable presenter, and the content was very applicable. This was my first time attending the meet-up and I look forward to attending more in the future!

Good dialogue. Went outside the bounds of tech and focused on agile. Good preso by Redpoint.

Not sure how you can start a transformation with culture, without delivering real results via actual working software via [insert aglie method]. If an organization is already prepared for cultural shifts, then this is a no-brainer salesmans dream. But if not, I think you have to start lower, deliver real value through the use of agile, and see the culture slowly shift over time.

This was the best one yet in my opinion and the most attended. The volume of the crowd during the mingle time was very loud and a good sign of how engaged everyone was in anticipation of the topic. Great sharing of valuable information.

Nice folks, well-engaged audience, a lot to think about i.e. references to work on "what culture is"

Si and Mark did a great job of presenting and managing a significant amount of questions.

I don't work in an Agile environment so in terms of practical application I would have to work a little harder to translate what was presented to direct actions. Nonetheless there were some interesting takeaways and I gained a little perspective with respect to how Agile environments measure SW and progress. Erik also did a nice job presenting despite the technical difficulties, the laptops on the tables worked out just fine.

Great presentation, good thoughts on the necessity and value of metrics as well as some possible specific ones to use. May have liked to see some more detail on the individual metrics and how to gather/compile them, but that's the only criticism I have.

Interesting content - agree with measure up concept and trying to find other ways to calm fears than historical metrics.

Presenters gave a good description of their journey into Agile/scrum. Being candid about the positives and negative was appreciated.
