Agile Project Management is a widely accepted practice as of today. However, my couple of experiences with this taught me to handle this with care and attention.

The entire experience is great. I had been in PMI Chapters and Scrum meetings earlier but I found Milwaukee Agile to be more informal and interactive which helped everyone to participate, provide practical experiences and come up with collective thinking and solution.
