Introduction
I've been working with my border collie on agility training for years. I'm ready to learn some best practices and take him to the next level--competition.
Tell us a little about your experience with agile practices?
I'm a developer in a shop that has been using Agile for a couple of years and I'm interested in hearing others' experiences and ideas for improvement. Currently, we're using a kanban-ish board for iteration tracking and it's going pretty well.
