Introduction
Agile since 2000. More productivity, less stress, better code. With the Agile practices here for us to use, why wouldn't we? As Uncle Bob puts it, "That's a moral question."
Tell us a little about your experience with agile practices?
I have been Agile since 2000 when I was object modeling with Rational Rose. Midway through the project one of the developers suggested that we use XP. We switched and delivered a successful project (and threw Rose and my models away).
