Introduction
Software Engineer and Systems Architect with a depth of experience designing and developing engineered products, software applications, and SaaS - mostly in a technical design and leadership role. Also, two years as a Director of Development.
Tell us a little about your experience with agile practices?
I have experience leading a Feature Driven development approach to a SaaS application for long term care facilities nationwide as both a Systems Architect and then Director/Manager. I have also worked on a large-scale Scrum project. My current preference is for FDD or a modified scrum where a high-level system model and design is a component in sprint/feature set planning and review. This is not just because my professional title is solutions architect :-) but based on real-world experience on many agile projects. I remain open minded; though, and there is always more to learn...
