practice group for "non-violent communication"

Hi everyone,
I found a group in Milwaukee that has weekly practice sessions for "nonviolent communication", which seems very similar to what Derek was advocating at his "bad-ass double loop learning" talk. Thought some of you might be interested. I've gone to two gatherings so far. Definitely seems valuable, and very agile compatible.
